Custom Order Policy

1. Overview

Soft Safe offers custom orders for selected products including branding, embroidery, printing, packaging, and other personalized modifications.

2. Custom Order Services

Custom order services may include:

  • Logo embroidery
  • Custom printing
  • Personalized branding
  • Special product colors
  • Custom packaging
  • Bulk customization requests

3. Artwork & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for providing high-quality artwork files, correct spelling, and legally authorized branding materials.

  • High-quality artwork files
  • Correct spelling and design information
  • Legally authorized logos and branding materials

Soft Safe is not responsible for low-resolution artwork quality, customer-approved spelling mistakes, or trademark and copyright issues related to customer-submitted materials.

4. Production Timeframes

Custom orders may require additional production time depending on order quantity, customization complexity, material availability, and production scheduling.

Estimated delivery timeframes are guides only and are not guaranteed.

5. Payments

Custom orders may require:

  • Full payment before production
  • Partial deposits
  • Written quotation approval

Production may not commence until payment and design approvals are received.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production has commenced, custom orders may not be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

Requests for changes after approval may incur additional costs or delays.

7. Returns & Refunds

Custom-made, embroidered, printed, or personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Customers may still be entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have legal authorization to use submitted logos, trademarks, artwork, and branding materials.

Soft Safe reserves the right to refuse inappropriate or unlawful content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soft Safe is not liable for indirect losses, production delays, or customer-approved artwork errors.

Nothing in this Policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
